Dear Editor,
Do the Wiltshire and Gloucester Standard readers know what they are doing on Sunday, March 17?
Last year’s Bath Half was snowed off, but the show will go on this year!
Ballot entries are sold out but we aren't, so come and join Team Marie Curie for one of the UK's most popular half marathons.
The Bath Half route is very flat, good for a novice looking for a gentle option. Even if more experienced runners are getting their head down in search of that elusive personal best, they can enjoy the beautiful World Heritage City of Bath and the River Avon as they go.
Marie Curie will help runners all the way to the finish line, with training guides, help meeting fundraising targets, kit to wear on the day – and the loudest cheers along the route.
Runners will know they be supporting the UK’s leading charity for people with any terminal illness.
Marie Curie helps people living with a terminal illness and their families make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert hands-on care, emotional support, research and guidance.
If runners already have a place they can choose to fundraise for us, alternatively sign up now to become part of Marie Curie’s Bath Half team, call 0845 052 4184 or email team@mariecurie.org.uk
