I wish to say a very loud thank you to our NHS, particularly Cheltenham General Hospital.
Following a standard aneurysm scan, my husband was taken into hospital for immediate vascular surgery - a dangerous but essential operation.
From scan to surgery took precisely one month! (The National Target is eight weeks)
My husband was sent home from hospital 8 days after the successful surgery.
He is now well on the way to recovery - if he takes it slowly. I want to offer our abiding thanks to Cheltenham General who were not only superbly efficient, but extremely kind and helpful.
Danny Stradling
