A TALENTED 12-year old singer from Cirencester has made it though to the final of a national singing competition.

And she now needs your vote to help propel her to the top spot of the competition.

Lilly Hobbs, who attends Cirencester Kingshill School, will be performing at the Open Mic UK national final in the Under 16 category this Sunday, January 20, at the O2 Indigo.

The young singer, who has been singing since the age of five, entered the Open Mic competition on September15 2018 where she auditioned in Bristol.

She has then got through to the regional round in Bristol and the area finals round in Hayes, London, held in November, where she made it through to the Final.

Lilly was a Stagecoach student and then a Barn Academy student in Cirencester.

She has been involved in many local musicals including the Wizard of Oz, Joseph and the multicolour dreamcoat (choir), Christmas spectaculars (soloist), Aladdin (she played princess Jasmine).

She also performed in Adventures of Pinocchio at the Ambassador Theatre in London.

Lilly has also performed at few local charity concerts for MJ-UK (Maria Jagusz) and she is registered under an agency in London called Artlen House Associates.
