There was debris on the M4
All lanes are open on the M4 after debris that was causing an obstruction was cleared
One lane of the M4 had been shut between junctions 17 and 18 on the westbound carriageway due to a tyre on the road.
Vehicles could be seen swerving the tyre while using the closed lane.
