The Dowager Countess Bathurst, Gloria Wesley, has died.
She died peacefully at her home, Manor Farm in Sapperton, Gloucestershire, in the early hours of today, Thursday, December 27, aged 90.
Gloria Wesley Clarry was the daughter of Harold Edward Clarry.
Her second marriage was to Henry Allen John Bathurst, 8th Earl Bathurst of Bathurst, son of Allen Algernon Bathurst, Lord Apsley and Viola Emily Mildred Meeking, on 17 January 1978.
From 17 January 1978, her married name became Bathurst and she took the title Countess Bathurst of Bathurst on the same day.
