It was cash only at The Crown and Sceptre yesterday after a lorry hit the Stroud pub's wall, cutting its phone lines.
Landlord Rodda Thomas is letting patrons know his card machine is back online in the wake of the large lorry crashing into his wall while it appeared to be delivering a sofa yesterday afternoon.
The wall contained the pub's phone line, meaning the damage also brought the pub's broadband down.

Despite the crash, the pub still served food - accidentally rhyming special of the night being bangers and mash for just cash.
