A drunk man has been arrested for swearing at library staff in Cirencester.
The incident happened at noon at Cirencester library.
Police were responding to reports of a man shouting foul language at staff and the public.
Upon arrival, officers 'copped an earful' so arrested the man for being drunk and disorderly.
