A Cirencester business is celebrating 30 years trading in Cirencester with a substantial refurbishment and photo competition.

Wall Space Picture Framers, located in the Market Place, are launching the competition to celebrate everything the town and the surrounding area has to offer.

Starting from humble beginnings involving a garden shed and a market stall in Cirencester’s charter market, they have grown to be one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of photo frames and picture frames, all made here in Gloucestershire.

To celebrate the anniversary, they have recently undergone a substantial refit and a photo competition with a top prize of £150 of Wall Space vouchers which can be spent on anything in the shop.

Shop manager, Barton Meredith, has worked at Wall Space for the full 30 years.

He said: “Having this new shop refit is fantastic for us, we’ve really updated the look and feel of the shop, we’ve gone back to having some old favourite artists and we’re trialling some new artists like Lucy Pittaway who we’re finding really popular”.

The competition is open to all entrants and all you have to do is upload a favourite photo that fits within the broad theme of 'Gloucestershire and the Surrounding Area'.

Photographs from the winning entrants will be available on sale in the Cirencester store with all profits being donated towards a local charity chosen by the winner.
