Police seize baseball bat on patrol in Chesterton
POLICE seized a baseball bat from a 20 year old man while patrolling Chesterton at 2.15am this morning.
A force spokesman said: "Possessing a bat in public to protect yourself or a friend is not a lawful excuse."
The man was arrested.
