CIRENCESTER Chamber of Commerce has announced the details for its annual Christmas Window competition.

This year the competition will run from Friday, November 16, until Monday, December 10, as shops and businesses begin to create their own Christmas displays.

Alongside the chamber of commerce’s Christmas window trial, they will also be producing a map of the town, to ensure you don’t miss out any retailers.

The map will also have a form for you to complete your top three choices.

After the success of last year’s competition, residents will once again be the judges.

Residents should be on the look out for the window that captures their imagination and embraces all things festive.

The winner will be presented with the Peter Stringfellow Memorial Trophy which they can proudly display in their shop for the year.

They will also have a picture of their window printed in The Standard and a write up in the Cirencester Scene Magazine.

The Chamber Committee will be issuing window stickers to all retailers and businesses in the town who wish to participate in this year’s competition.

To vote, email your top three choices to info@cirencesterchamber.org.uk.
