POLICE are offering advice to cyclists as the dark nights roll in to prevent accidents.
With the sun going down earlier, some commuters are now cycling home in the dark.
The police want to make sure that cyclists wear reflective clothing, and for cyclists to not assume that motorists can see them.
Cyclists have also been asked to make sure their bikes has reflectors and a bright light on the front and back.
