BURGLARS stole a large quantity of jewellery from a house in Bourton-on-the-Water on Monday.

The theft happened on Monday, November 5, between midday and 10pm, on Foxes Road.

It is believed that the offenders came by foot from Station Road.

Police believe the offenders entered an enclosed rear garden by going through a side gate.

They then believe the offenders to have climbed on to a flat roof before entering through an open window on the first floor.

After stealing a quantity of jewellery, they are believed to have exited the property how they entered.

It is not yet known what the value of the jewellery was.
