A MAN has been charged for being three times the drink drive limit.
The incident occurred on Saturday, October 13, on the A429 Stow hill.
Police officers spotted a car that was weaving up the hill.
They stopped the man, a 35-year-old from Stonehouse, who took a roadside breathalyser test and blew three times the drink drive limit.
Police also seized the man's car for having no insurance.
He was then taken to a police station, where he blew 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The following morning, he was charged for drink driving and having no insurance, and will be in court on October 30.
