Dodington Parish Band performing at Chipping Sodbury Town Hall recently
A band in Yate are holding a concert this weekend to raise money for charity.
Dodington Parish Band will be holding the event at St Nicholas Church, Abbotswood, on Saturday October 20, with all proceeds going to The Royal British Legion.
The concert is being held in honour of the centenary of WW1, with music from the era being played throughout the evening.
There will also be classics from WW2 played.
The team said: "Join us to give thanks for peace & to remember lives lost.
"Consider those who lived through this tragic and remarkable time, putting Britain on the path to what it is today.
You can get tickets from Miles Tyres & Exhausts' in Chipping Sodbury, or on the door of the event.
The evening starts at 7.30pm.
