A SUCCESSFUL launch party has shook-up Stroud following the formation of the latest record label to reach the Five Valleys.

The event took place on Friday, September 28 at the Lansdown Hall & Art Gallery where more than 105 music-lovers spent the night raving into the early hours of the morning.

Elle Olivia boss at Preditah Sounds could not have been happier with the event and described it as 'all love, no drug abusing ravers'.

"The vibes were infectiously good and we've now got an amazing team behind the record label - the support was amazing," Elle explained.

"Preditah is all about eliminating the stereotypes surrounding ravers and the party was a fantastic first step towards this."

Elle's intent is to carry on with the community ethos and incorporate upcoming DJs from within the community.

The next event is in her words 'coming very soon' and will again take place in Stroud.

"Everyone can’t wait for the next one, but at the same time I was delighted to be told that there were no complaints and that all party goers were polite," added Elle.

"As a crew we had so much fun together, which is how it should be."

In the future, the team behind Preditah Sounds aim to bring one of the largest events ever seen to the Five Valleys and they will offer a mix of 'bad boy sounds' - rather than sticking to one genre.
