Police are appealing for witnesses after a report of a female child ebing assaulted
Police are appealing for witnesses after reports that a female child may have been assaulted by an adult male in Stroud last week.
The incident was reported to have taken place on Bath Road at around 5pm last Thursday.
Officers are calling for the public's help to identify both the adult male and the girl involved.
He is described as in his late 30s with untidy hair, unshaven and wearing beige cargo shorts and a t-shirt.
Anyone with any information should call 101 quoting incident number 364 of October 11.
