A MOTORIST had a lucky escape this morning after crashing their car near Moreton-In-Marsh.
The accident happened at around 11am, between Evenlode Road and The Four Shire Stone.
Cotswolds Police expressed their amazement that the driver was not seriously injured.
"North Cotswolds officers have responded to a RTC just outside Moreton-In-Marsh," a spokesperson said on social media.
"Luckily no one was seriously injured but it could have been a lot worse! #SpeedKills."
The road is partially blocked as the vehicle awaits recovery.
