Tetbury’s David Krayem claimed two wins as he continues to campaign his v10 8.4 litre 650 horse power Chrysler Oreca Dodge Viper GT3 car at Castle Combe.

Krayem races alongside Ben Scriven's as part of the Speedtec team, who won the FIA GT 90's Revival Championship back in 2007.

Their most recent visit to Castle was on Saturday, September 15 finishing with two pole positions and two wins by a third and half a lap, retaining the non prototype GT lap record in the process.

Speedtec has competed in a variety of competitions this season visiting Castle Combe 3 times and posting 5 pole positions out of 6, 5 wins and a second with the fastest lap in every race.

This 2008 race car was purpose built for racing by Chrysler SRT (Street and Racing Technology) in USA, Oreca Racing in France and Reynard Motorsport in UK for the British GT Championship and was then upgraded for Dutch Supercar in 2011 and acquired by Dave Krayem and Ben Scriven's Speedtec Motorsport team in 2016 who continue to make further upgrades and developments.

Vipers have raced successfully worldwide in GT racing including the Le Mans 24 hours.

They plan to continue with the Viper next year as well as building, developing and running other cars.
