A GRADE II listed hotel in the heart of The Cotswolds has been placed on the market for over £2 million pounds.

The Dial House Hotel in Bourton-on-the-Water is currently run as a 15 bedroom hotel, although the historic building dates back to the 17th century.

Located on Bourton-on-the-Water’s high street, The Dial House Hotel is well-located for the estimated 300,000 people that visit the pretty village each year.

Savills, on behalf of The Barons Eden Group, has brought to market The Dial House Hotel in Bourton-on-the-Water at a guide price of £2.6 million.
