ONE half of The Fabulous Baker Brothers will be opening this years Tetbury Fiesta.

Tom Herbert, will be opening the fiesta this Saturday at midday.

Along with his brother Henry, they have been bringing the ultimate bread and meat combos since 2012 with a series on Channel 4, More4 and The Fabulous Baker Brothers book.

After a three-year break the Tetbury Fiesta is back this weekend with plans already underway to deliver the most spectacular event yet.

After an exhaustive audition process, 11 acts from Tetbury and nearby areas have been selected to perform on the main stage.

Too Old For Toys, Place Nation, Dear Robot, Audio Asylum, Bones Like That, The Dirty Smooth, Felyx Fox, Chloe Marie, Rockarola, Iron & Oak and The Layers complete the line up.

The festival will take place at Sir William Romney School with all money raised donated to charities in the community including Tetbury Hospital, St. Mary’s School, Sir William Romney’s School, the Youth Pod and other Tetbury clubs.

As well as music, there will also be food and produce stalls, sideshows and children’s entertainment and, of course, a beer tent.

Foodie stalls include fish and chips, a hog roast, Mexican food and vegan treats.

Limited tickets for the fiesta are still available from Tetbury Hardware, London Road, Tetbury.

Tickets cost £15 per adult, £8 for those between the ages of 7 and 16, while children under seven will be admitted free of charge.
