POLICE in Gloucestershire have reopened the A417 after clearing a broken down horsebox obstrucing the road.
The Force Control Room tweeted the warning this afternoon, indicating that the issue was located past the Air Balloon towards the M5, with the horsebox partly on the road.

The road has since been reopened by police, who joked there 'would be no more horsing around' on the roads.
