POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a break-in in Cirencester.
The incident took place last Friday, between 1.15-5pm on Queen Elizabeth Road, when it is believed that two burglars forced the front door of the house open with a crowbar or similar item.
They searched an upstairs bedroom, but nothing is believed to have been stolen.
A blue Audi TT was seen leaving the area with a witness noting half of the registration, WN11.
The witness described seeing two people in the area.
The first was a white male, 5ft 5ins, aged in his mid-20’s, with short black hair, and wearing a thin dark purple puffer jacket.
The second was a white slim male, 5ft 4ins, who wore a beige long sleeved shirt.
Police are appealing for witnesses with any information to ring 101 and quote incident number 130 of February 2.
