Minchinhampton man fined for threatening another man in town
THREATENING another man has cost 32-year-old Jonathan Powell of Minchinhampton £500 in fines, compensation and costs.
Powell, of Old Common, Minchinhampton, admitted threatening Peter Nelson in the town on May 25, when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on December 13.
He had originally denied the offence but changed his plea to guilty and was fined £200, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £200 prosecution costs.
