Andoversford: 3 Jubilee Mews, extension to existing garage for garden room.

Birdlip: Polo Pavillion, Longdole Farm, various trees (T1) – removal and reduction due to encroachment on road opposite the entrance to the polo club office, most are damaged or leaning larch, ash (T2) – raise up to provide clearance for farm traffic, twin stem chestnut (T3) – removal due to severe decay (possibly fungal) and heavy suppression by neighbouring beech; Woodside, Nettleton, compliance with condition 3 (samples) of application 17/01046/FUL—erection of a single storey timber carriage house sited on a concrete base, new driveway and vehicular access with wooden five bar gate.

Blockley: Coach House, High Street, compliance with condition 5 (gate details) of application 14/05058/FUL—formation of a new vehicular access, raising the height of a stone wall; Lower Farm House, Lower Street, conifer (T1) – fell due to excessive size next to road and retaining wall, hazelnut (T2) – prune and reduce overhanging of road, conifer (T3) – fell due to poor quality and size next to dry stone wall; Stanley’s Quarry, Greenway Road, construction of a digestate storage lagoon and associated works.

Kemble: Land parcel adjacent to the Tavern Public House, Station Road, variation of condition 4 of application: 15/00786/FUL to require a survey of parking within the village for the 12 month period following the opening of the car park; Lantern House, Limes Road, fell and prune trees and shrubs on drive; Pyke Cottage, 166 Washpool Lane, compliance with condition 5 of application 16/00448/FUL—erection of detached dwelling and creation of new vehicular access, including partial change of use of land to form residential curtilage; 139 West Lane, three lawson cypresses (T1, T2 and T4) and yew (T4) – fell due to proximity to building/ stone wall and loss of light, three laurels (T5, T6 and T7) – reduce height by approximately two metres and shape accordingly.

Leckhampton: Karroo Cottage, Church Road, outline application for three one-bedroom starter homes in a courtyard type development, with off road parking and all matters reserved.

Moreton-In-Marsh: Charlesway, Longborough, compliance with condition 4 (render) of permission 16/04022/FUL.

Shipton Oliffe: Whistlefield, Kilham Lane, rear garden—remove dead and diseased limbs of silver birch, reduce height of four conifers causing excessive shading, front garden—remove dead cherry tree, reduce height of prunus and conifer near overhead electric cable.

Somerford Keynes: Plot 9, Spinney Lake, Lower Mill Lane, non-material amendment of application 14/05035/FUL for the increase in size of the external decking on the ground floor, amended layout and additional door at rear of the boat store within the property boundary.

South Cerney: Anchor, Station Road, demolish existing bungalow and construct two detached four-bedroom dwellings; Brook House, School Lane, fell tree; 13 Kingfisher Place, increasing height of Cotswold stone boundary wall by 0.7 metres.

Stow-On-The-Wold: Fosseway Farm Cottage, High Street, two beeches (T1 and T2) – fell.

Tetbury: 16 Charlton Road, erection of first floor extension and new vehicular access.

Todenham: New Road Farm, erection of an agricultural worker’s dwelling and a livestock building.
