FAMILIES and young people on their summer break took the opportunity to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine today while it lasted.
People were seen enjoying ice cream cones, having a picnic, basking in the sunshine and donning sunglasses and hats at the Abbey Grounds in Cirencester as temperatures warmed to 24C.
It is unlikely that the good weather will be here to stay however as rain and cooler temperatures are forecasted for the later half of the week.
