Lechlade woman accused of driving to get wine while three times over the limit
A WOMAN will appear in court accused of crashing her car after having one too many.
It is alleged the 52-year-old Lechlade resident drove her black Vauxhall to pick up a bottle of wine on Friday night but crashed into a car in Mount Pleasant on her way home.
Police believe she was three times over the legal drink-drive limit.
She spent the night in a cell and was released the next day to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 26.
