SCOTTISH dancers enjoyed a spot of fundraising at Cirencester Parish Church earlier this week for a good cause.
Cirencester Parish Church youth group, Blaze youth group, organised an evening with Cheltenham Scottish Dancing group on Sunday, May 1.
Some of the church's congregation were also invited to join in the fun.
The youth group, which usually meets every Sunday evening for activities at Watermoor Road, raised £85 through the Scottish dancing event towards its youth camp in August.
Each participant paid £1 to be donated towards the youth camp.
Katie Bannister, administrator at the parish church and mother of Vicky, who is part of the youth group, said: "A lot of fun was had by all.
"My daughter took a couple of friends who weren't part of the youth group. They seem to love country dancing.
"It's the kind of dancing that everyone can join in."
Cirencester Parish Church also holds concerts and is available for different events to be held there.
