POLICE have made a fresh appeal for witnesses after a Mercedes clipped a 12-year-old and failed to stop.
The boy was standing outside Budgens in Moreton-in-Marsh at around 3.40pm on August 1 when a silver Mercedes drove so close to the pavement it hit his leg.
He was not badly injured other than some bruising but was upset by the incident.
Police believe the Mercedes was a two-door vehicle with a driver and passenger inside who may have been arguing at the time.
Police would like the driver of the Mercedes or anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward. Call 101 quoting incident number 361 of August 1.
