POLICE are appealing for information after a man went missing from his Gloucestershire home this morning.
64-year-old Robert John Dodson left his home address in Southgate Crescent, Stroud, between 6am and 7am this morning and has not been since.
Robert is described as white, of stocky build, with receding white hair, and about 5ft 10"tall, with tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a bright blue T shirt and jeans.
He is driving a silver Mercedes Sprinter panel van, reg. RJD 8R.
He may be in the Saul/Frampton on Severn/Quedgeley areas and is known to be fond of rivers and canals.
Officers and his family are extremely worried for Robert's welfare and would urge anyone who may have information on his whereabouts to contact Gloucestershire Police immediately on 101 or 999, quoting incident number 72 of 28 May.
