A TEENAGER is in a serious condition at Bristol Children's Hospital after being found hanging from a tree in a Cheltenham park, yesterday.
Police officers arrived at the park at about 5.15pm after receiving reports that a teenage boy was hanging from a tree in the the park in Robert Burns Avenue.
The boy was cut down from the tree and then taken hospital by air ambulance.
His family are with him in hospital and the school that the boy attends has been made aware.
Police are not treating the incident as suspicious.
Roads around Benhall park were closed for a time to allow the air ambulance to safely land.
