STUDENTS from a Cotswolds school will be making some Eastern European children very happy this Easter.
Toys, household goods and educational gifts were packed into 47 shoeboxes at Sir William Romney School, Tetbury.
They are being sent to disadvantaged communities in Romania and Ukraine as part of a Rotary campaign.
Design Technology curriculum coordinator Mike Wagner organised the collection, he said: “I’m delighted with the response from our students and their families, and we plan to make this a regular event.”
