POLICE are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a missing teenager from Cirencester.
17-year-old Candy Royle was last seen at her home address on Bowly Road at around 2.30pm today.
Candy is around 5ft 2ins tall and of slim build with light brown, shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing blue 'jeggings', a black hoody and a college t-shirt with her name on.
She was also wearing glasses or sunglasses. Candy ran out of her house quickly so is believed to be barefoot.
Officers are currently patrolling the town looking for Candy and a police helicopter has been dispatched.
Police are extremely concerned for Candy's welfare, so are appealing for her or anyone who may have seen her or know where she is to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101 or 999 quoting incident number 247 of March 18.
