A COMPUTER shop owner in Cirencester has been charged with three counts of fraud, after allegedly failing to send products to customers who had paid for them.
William Rittman, also known as Will, is the owner of Rock Steady Computers in The Waterloo. He has been charged with three counts of fraud by false representation in relation to alleged incidents in Portsmouth, Hampshire Police told the Standard.
The 27-year-old, who lives above his Cirencester shop, is awaiting trial in the week beginning March 23 at Portsmouth Crown Court.
