A SWINDON man charged with murdering his parents in 2007 will appear at court tomorrow.
Timothy Crook, 50, of Thames Avenue, Swindon, was charged with the murder of his father Robert Crook, 90, and mother Elsie Crook, 83, in July 2007.
Crook was declared unfit to stand trial due to mental health concerns but has now been deemed fit to stand trial.
He will appear at Bristol Crown Court tomorrow for a plea and case management hearing.
