Clive Bennett, seniors' captain, with his partner, Gordon Stone earned a hard-fought opening win over Cotwold Hills captain Bruce Kettle and Noel Furley by 1 up.
Cirencester then rattled off three wins, the most convincing being the 6&5 victory by Cirencester club captain Mark Whitehead and Steph Episcopo.
Bob McKellar and David Ratcliffe got to grips with the Cirencester greens better than their team-mates and gathered a point by 2&1 but this was to be the visitors' only success as Cirencester took the three remaining matches, most notably the 5&4 win by John King and Alan Dymond, who played sparkling golf.
A highlight of the afternoon was the hole in one by Cirencester's Mike Staples at the 11th hole.
