ENGINEERS are trekking across country to track down a suspected burst water pipe that has left homes in Sherston and Luckington without water this morning.
A spokesman for Bristol water said the firm was checking the supply between the pumping station at Shipton Moyne and Sherston.
Work was currently being done in the area but was not thought to be connected with the failure because an over land pipe put in as a temporary measure was still working.
