DEACON Blue has joined the star-studded line-up for a series of summer gigs at Westonbirt Arboretum.
The group, which topped the charts with hits like Real Gone Kid and Dignity, are due to take the stage on July 19.
Boyzone, Little Mix, opera star Katherine Jenkins and Suede are already confirmed for the open-air woodland concerts held in June and July.
The Forest Live programme organised by the Forestry Commission at venues including Westonbirt, Thetford Forest in Suffolk and Bedgebury PInetum in Kent help to raise money for improving the woodlands.
Deacon Blue’s front man Ricky Ross said: “This is a new adventure for the band. We are looking forward to bringing the full Deacon Blue live experience to these unique locations and we really hope you can join us.”
Tickets go on sale from Thursday. Full information on the concerts is available online at www.forestry.gov.uk/music
