QUALITY local produce has helped Fairford restaurant Allium scoop another three awards.
Chef James Graham has won Cotswold Life Chef of the Year, the restaurant itself a silver award from Taste of the West as well as British Cheeseboard of the Year for a UK Restaurant.
Allium has only been open for two-and-a-half years and staff are delighted with the new accolades.
Owner Erica Graham said: "It's wonderful for the whole team to get recognition for all their hard work.
"But our food wouldn't be as good as it is without the local produce - we don't use it just because it is local, the quality is there. We are incredibly lucky."
