A well presented three bedroom detached house, a short stroll from the town centre with a pretty garden, a garage and parking

A lovely three-bedroom detached house, set back from the road at the beginning of the cul-de-sac, which is well presented and offers plenty of potential.

Approached into the hallway with stairs rising to the first floor, the sitting room has a bay window overlooking the front with a feature fireplace. The kitchen is a good size with planned space for appliances and plenty of cupboards and drawers. There is a breakfast bar and a stable door to the side of the house, a large understairs cupboard could potentially be used to create a downstairs cloakroom. At the rear of the house is a dual aspect garden room with a door into the garden, this light and airy room is perfect to enjoy the garden at any time of year.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a smaller double bedroom with lovely views and a single bedroom, the shower room has a white suite.

Outside there is driveway parking for two cars leading to a single garage. A gate leads to the side of the house where there is a large shed and a rear door to the garage. The gardens are a good size, mainly laid to lawn with a sheltered gazebo, draped in Montana Clematis to provide a lovely cool place to shade from the sun. A corner patio is a perfect place to enjoy a drink or coffee in the sunshine.

Tetbury, often referred to as the gateway to the Cotswolds, and once voted by Country Life magazine as the third most desirable town in the country, is a thriving historic Cotswold market town situated less than half an hour from both the M4 and M5 motorways and within easy reach of Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol and Swindon.
