Description

3 & 4 Hawthorn Cottages were originally built as a pair of cottages and now form a substantial link-detached house constructed of natural Cotswold stone under a reconstituted Cotswold stone tiled roof. The two Cottages were originally built in 1998 and were converted to one dwelling in 2010/2011.

The house has an attractive facade with gabled dormers fitted with leaded light effect double glazed casements.

The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to provide spacious living accommodation with a magnificent drawing room with open fireplace, an archway leading to the dining room again with a delightful cut stone fireplace which interlinks with the kitchen. In addition there is a cloakroom and study on the ground floor ideal for home working.

A shallow tread staircase leads to the first floor landing which sub divides and provides access to a magnificent master bedroom, bathroom and smaller bedroom/dressing room to one side together with a guest bedroom and en-suite shower room and further double bedroom and bathroom to the other.

3 and 4 Hawthorn Cottages are situated in a tucked away position accessed via Fosseway House and enjoying their own pedestrian access with a short walk to either Tesco's or The Square.
