Notice is given that Banana Wharf Ltd has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is to vary condition 9 of annex 2 to allow for the licensable activities of provision and consumption of alcohol and late night refreshment until 23:30 on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday (and a Sunday before a Bank/Public Holiday) in the external areas of the premises.
