NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)
LAND WITHIN THE PARISHES OF COLEHILL, CORFE MULLEN, HOLT, KNOWLTON, SIXPENNY HANDLEY & PENTRIDGE, ST LEONARDS & ST IVES, STURMINSTER MARSHALL, VERWOOD, WEST MOORS, and WIMBORNE, DORSET

NOTICE is hereby given that East Dorset District Council intends to dispose of various areas of land consisting or forming part of open space (together with other land and/or buildings) within the above parishes and as more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.

Copies of the plans showing the land affected may be inspected at Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1AG or the Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to object to the intended disposal should make the objection in writing to the Chief Executive at Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ by no later than 12 noon on 16 October 2018.
