Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarilyto all traffic to enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriagewayresurfacing, surface dressing and road markings: (a) Woodcote Road (Part), Buttermere; from its junction with Downs Lane to its junction with Heath Lane; (b) Heath Lane, Buttermere; from its junction with Woodcote Road to its junction with Heath Lane (Track). No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 6 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 8 March 2018; (c) A345 (Part), Wilcot and Huish; from its junction with Cold Blow for a distance of approximately 570m in a southerly direction. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE

WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Definitive Map and Statement for the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council Area dated 1953 as Modified under the Provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council Parish of Box Paths 107A, 107B and 107C Rights of Way Modification Order 2016 On 24 January 2018 an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed with modification the above Order made under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The above Order, made on 01 September 2016 was confirmed with modification and will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding 3 lengths of footpaths at Leafy Lane Playing Fields, Box. Path 107A leads from Boxfields Road along the western edge of the playing field site to the woodland where it turns north east to Leafy Lane width 2 metres approx. length 730 metres Squeeze gap and stile at ST 8418 6939 and stile at ST 8442 6987. Path 107B leads from Leafy Lane north of Rudloe House in a broadly western direction to join path 107A (width 2 metres approx length 215 metres) and path 107C leads from Leafy Lane South of Rudloe House in a northerly direction to join path 107Ajustwest ofits junction with LeafyLane (width 2 metres approx. length 175 metres) and as shown on the Order plan. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0XA on weekdays 0900 - 1700. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Calne) (20mph Speed Limit Zone)

Order 2018 (Previously advertised as 2017) Notice is hereby given that on 30 January 2018 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Anson Avenue, Comet Crescent, Dakota Drive, Hastings Drive, Hercules Road and York Road - the complete lengths.
