Notice of application for the grant ofa Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that GLH Hotels Management (UK) Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Thistle Express - The Wiltshire, Fleming Way, Swindon, SN1 1TN.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment (to include recorded music) Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 24:00 (24 hours). The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The premises will be open 24 hours
daily. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Swindon Borough Council,Wat Tyler West 5, Beckhampton Street,
Swindon, SN1 2JH no later than 5 July 2017 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
