Notice of application for die grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Bills Restaurants Limited in respect of Premises to be known as Bills, Unit 50A, Queen Anne's Walk, Festival Place, Basingstoke, RG2I 7BF has applied to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 

1 The provision of recorded music from 08:00 to 00.00 Monday to Sunday;
2 The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday;
3. The supply of alcohol from 10.00 to 0.00 Monday to Sunday;
4. Opening hours from 08.00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG2I 4AH no later than 7th July 2017 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.basingstoke.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
