Town and Country Planning Act 1990
Section 257 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Wiltshire Council Lydiard Tregoze 9 (part) Diversion and Definitive Map Modification Order 2016. Notice is hereby given that the provisions contained in part 2 of the schedule of the above order made on 29 October 2015 have now been complied with. The order became operative on 9 December 2016.
Notice Of Making an Order Highways Act 1980 And Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council Potterne 103 (Part) Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The above order, made on 17 January 2017, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish the public footpath running from OSGR ST9856-5937, in a broadly east direction for approximately 144 metres to OSGR ST9870-5936, at its junction with Whistley Lane as shown on the order map. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Devizes Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 accordingly.
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices ofRightsofWayand Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0XA, from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.

The above order, made on 17 January 2017, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath from OSGR ST98565937, leading broadly east-north-east for approximately 125m to its junction with Whistley Lane, having a width of 2m, as shown on the order map. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Devizes Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 accordingly.

Local Government Finance Act 1988 The Non-Domestic Ratepayers (Consultation) Regulations 1989
Wiltshire Council has a duty to consultpeople who are subject to non-domestic rateson property in the county (or bodies representing those people) for the period beginning 1st April 2017. A meeting to discuss these proposals will be held in the Salisbury Room, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN on 3 February 2017 at 10.30am. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath running from OSGR SU 0028-8141, at Sodom Lane, Dauntsey, in a north-north-easterly direction for approx 36m and then north for approx 17m to OSGR SU 0029-8146, having a width of part 0.68m, to a line running from OSGR SU 0028-8140, at Sodom Lane, in a north-north-easterly direction for approx 2m, before leading generally east-south-east for approx 10m and north-north-eastforapprox44m, beforecontinuing north-westforapprox 27m to OSGR SU 0029-8146, having a width of2m, as shown on the ordermap and to change the MalmesburyRural DistrictCouncil Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 accordingly. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Woodborough, Beechingstoke, North Newnton and Manningford) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2006 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 2 and introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on: C38 Broad Street and The Sands - from a point 203 metres north of its junction with Smithy Lane to a point
190 metres south of that junction; C261 Woodborough - from its junction with C38 to a point 44 metres east of the boundary of property known as No.1 Brow Cottages; Chapel Lane, Church Farm Lane, Church Road and Smithy Lane - the complete lengths. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Parishes of East Wiltshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2016 (Amendment No. 3) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic I Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in Roundway in the Parishes of East Wiltshire Consolidation Order 2016 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works: (a) C20 (Part) Broadway /Ledge Hill/Spin Hill/Parsonage Lane/Grove Road, Market Lavington; from its junction with A360 in a south-easterly direction to its junction with B3098 The Spring. Alternative route via A360 - B3098 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 27 February 2017; (b) Hallsfield, Cricklade; from its junction with West Mill Lane for its entire length. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents. Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 5 (Part), Lydiard Tregoze; for a distance of approximately 100m covering the area of Upper Studley Level Crossing. The closure is implemented in the interests of public safety due to insufficient warning time for approaching trains. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. An alternative route may be found via the B4005, Cancourt. This Order which was due to expire on 1 February 2017 will now continue in force until 1 February 2018 or until completion of the work, whichever is earlier, and it is anticipated that the work will take up to 12 months to complete.
