LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited has applied to East Dorset District Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as: The Old Inn, Holt, Wimborne BH21 7DJ. The application is approve amended layout plans for the premises only. There are no changes to the licensed activities, permitted hours nor to the conditions attaching to the existing licence. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, East Dorset District Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch BH23 1AZ no later than 17th February 2017. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of East Dorset District Council at the above address (or www.dorsetforyou.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
