(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 20141 (Variation No. 14) Order 2016

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction

Dunsford Close Outside Property No's 1, 2 and 3 Dunsford Close.



Outside and adjacent to No's 132 and 133 Dunsford Close.

Sunnyside Avenue Both sides at the junction with Valleyside.



Hillside Avenue On the turning head outside No's 29 and 31 Hillside Avenue



Bowood Road Outside and adjacent to No 23 Bowood Road.



Outside No's 44 and 46 Bowood Road Outside No's 92, 90 and 88 Bowood Road.

Introduction of 'no loading at any time' restriction in addition to the existing 'no waiting at any time' restriction

Sunnyside Avenue Both sides on the junction located east of Dunsford Close



for a distance of approx. 29 metres on the east side and approx. 32 metres on the west side in a south easterly direction.

Bowood Road Both sides from the junction with Kingshill Road for a



distance of approx. 32.9 metres in a south easterly direction. |

A copy of the draft Order, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ VO 14/Kingshill Area,) by no later than 3 February 2017.
