Notice is hereby given that SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL made the following Orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be: Borough Of Swindon (Non-Fee Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 Amendment No.1 2022 To amend the Borough of Swindon (Non-Fee Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) by the introduction of disabled parking bays in Newburgh Place Car Park for the parking of vehicles displaying a blue badge for a maximum period of 1 hour no return within 1 hour. Cheltenham Street And The Parade Car Parks Revocation Order
An amendment to the Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying
Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003
(as amended) by the revocation of The Parade and
Cheltenham Street as fee paying car parks.
The Orders will be operative as of 20 June 2022. A copy
of the documents for the Orders may be inspected online
at

www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders



If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any
provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act
or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied
with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from
15 June 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
