De La Rue Holdings Pic Notice: Pursuant to section 27 of theTrusteeAct 1925, the Trustee of the Plan hereby gives notice that the Scheme is being wound up following the transfer of all of its assets to the LifeSight MasterTrust If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were a member of the Plan (or you are a widow, widower or other dep­endant of a member of the Plan) and you have not received written communication regarding the trans­fer referred to above (but believe you are still entitled to benefits under the Plan) you should contact By post: Pensions Department, De La Rue, De La Rue House, Jays Close, Basingstoke, Hants, RG22 4BS

If you are seeking to claim an entitle­ment under the Plan, you should provide details of your full name (or the name of the member, if differ­ent), address, date of birth, national insurance number, a note of any benefits to which you claim you are entitled to and any relevant docu­ments which support your claim. You should make any claims in writ­ing to the address above no later than two monthsfromthedate of this notice. After that date, the Plan will be wound up and the Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date whose claim was not notified to them.

For the avoidance of doubt, claims need not be made if you have rec­eived notice of the transfer referred to above.
Please note that this notice does not concern the De La Rue Pension Scheme.
